We love this. The strainer/steamer etc is super high quality. Not an afterthought/bolt on but feels excellent quality and works a dream. Dutch oven works great. The pot and lid absorb and then radiate a LOT of heat energy over time. Truly excellent.

Dutch Baby is great!
This past weekend I seared a boston butt cut into pieces and dredged in spices, then cooked it low and slow in the oven for 3.5 hours in 12 oz. of Coke. The meat was delicious, but the resulting cooked-on mess in the bottom of the pan made me fear I was in for a scrubbing. NOT SO!!! The Dutch Baby went into the dishwasher (on the "normal" setting, mind) and came out clean as a whistle. Good food + easy clean-up = WIN/WIN!
